Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Orange Bread Pudding

8 pc Potato Bread
2.5 serving Egg, Whole
4 oz Domino Light Brown Sugar
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
1 serving orange extract
1 tsp(4 g) Vanilla Extract
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground

Recipe Directions for Coconut Orange Bread Pudding

  1. Mix all ingredients except bread

  2. Layer bread in pan

  3. Pour half of mixture over bread

  4. Layer bread in pan again

  5. Pour the rest of the mixture over bread

  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight

  7. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
