3 cups green beans
2 cups red pepper, chopped
9 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chili sauce
14 oz can coconut milk
9 oz shrimp
2 cups Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked

Recipe Directions for coconut milk stir fry with green beans and shrimp

  1. cook rice ahead of time

  2. saute shrimp and veggies a couple minutes

  3. add chili sauce and coconut milk, simmer until veggies are done (about 5 minutes)

  4. mix in the pre-cooked rice to soak up coconut milk
