Recipe Ingredients for coconut macaroons

2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/3 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Recipe Directions for coconut macaroons

  1. I small bowl, combine the coconut, flour and salt. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Batter will be stiff.

  2. Drop by tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart onto greased baking sheet.

  3. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks.
