Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Macaroons

2 egg whites
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups coconut

Recipe Directions for Coconut Macaroons

Whisk egg whites, sugar, salt, and extract in a bowl until blended. Add coconut and mix thoroughly until mixture is thick and sticky. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper--should make about 12 nice size macaroons. Bake 350 twenty minutes until beginning to brown.
