Delicious, chewy, classic macaroon cookies

Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Macaroons

2 whole eggs
1/4 cup milk, 2%
1/2 cup sugar, granulated
1/4 cup flour, all purpose
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
14 ounces shredded coconut

Recipe Directions for Coconut Macaroons

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease cookie sheet.

  2. Put eggs, milk, sugar, flour, and extracts in large mixing bowl. Beat on medium high speed until well blended. Add coconut and mix well until blended.

  3. For each cookie, put 2 tablespoons of macaroon mix on cookie sheet and shape with fingers into mini mountain. Leave at least 2 inches between macaroons.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove from oven and transfer to cooling rack. Enjoy!!
