100 g almond butter
1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 c shredded coconut
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon zest
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 c butter

Recipe Directions for Coconut Lemon Scones

  1. preheat oven to 350 degree

  2. blend almond or cashew butter with about 1 cup of water, set aside

  3. mix dry ingredients

  4. cut in butter

  5. pour almond/water mixture and stir to blend

  6. form into round or bake in cake pan for about 30 minutes

  7. slice into 8 triangles

  8. enjoy!
