Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Ice Cream

1 pint heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup Xylitol
14 ounces Coconut Milk
1/4 cup Organic Coconut Flakes

Recipe Directions for Coconut Ice Cream

  1. Whisk xylitol into cream until dissolved.

  2. Whisk in coconut milk.

  3. Toast coconut in a dry heavy skillet until golden brown. Add to cream mixture.

  4. Freeze in ice cream maker, according to manufacture's instructions.
