Recipe Ingredients for coconut flour muffins

1/3 cup Organic Coconut Flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 banana, mashed
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

beat together wet. sift the dry. Mix until just combined. Bake in greased muffin tins for 15-20minutes at 180C (160ff).
