4 c chicken breast
1 c chicken broth
3 tbs curry
2 tbs olive oil
2 small zucchini
1 small yellow squash
1 head cauliflower
1 c coconut milk
1 c plain low fat yogurt

Recipe Directions for Coconut Curry Chicken and veggies

cut up chicken, and veggies. In large pan cook oil, curry, yogurt and coconut milk on med high for 5 min. Add chicken and veggies and cook unitll cooked through.
