Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Chutney

2 tbsp Coconut Unsweetened
3 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
1 fruit (3" x 1") Tamarinds
1 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Mustard Seed, Yellow
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Coconut Chutney

Dry Roast Coconut and peppers together. Grind Coconut, Peppers, tamarind, water and salt. Season in a pan - oil, mustard seeds and pour it on the grounded mixture. Serve with idli or Dosa.
