Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Chocolate Granola Bars

2 1/2 cups oatmeal
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup ground flax seed
3 tablespoons sesame seed
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
1/4 cup honey
1/8 cup dried prunes,pureed
1/4 cup banana, mashed
1/2 cup baking chocolate, unsweetened, chopped

Recipe Directions for Coconut Chocolate Granola Bars

Mix all dry ingredients together. Mix all wet ingredients together. Add the two mixtures together, press in a pan lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate before cutting into 15 bars, keep refrigerated until ready to eat.
