Yummy coconut crusted chicken tenders baked in the oven Serve w/ sweet chili sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Coconut chicken tenders

13/20 lb Breast Tenderloins
3/4 large egg
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/8 cup panko bread crumbs
3/8 cup shredded coconut
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Coconut chicken tenders

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Coat each strip in flour

  3. Dip in the beaten egg

  4. Then roll in the panko/coconut mix

  5. Put coated strips onto a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 25 mins. Flipping once half way through.

  6. Serve with sweet chili sauce
