Coconut chicken salad with a honey mustard vinagrette dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Chicken Salad

16 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
6 tbsp Coconut Unsweetened
0.25 cup Bread Crumbs
0.13 cup Rice Krispies Cereal
0.33 cup Egg Substitute, Liquid
3 cups Mixed Baby Greens
1 cup, chopped Carrots
1 medium raw Tomato Roma
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Honey Squeezable
1/2 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic
2 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard

Recipe Directions for Coconut Chicken Salad

Mix the coconut, bread crumbs, cereal together. Dip chicken in egg substitute and then roll in crumbs. Bake 375 for 30 minutes. mix vegetables tpgether. Mix oil, vinegar, mustard, and honey. Toss greens in it. Lay sliced chicken on top.
