15 oz Boneless Skinless Breast Fillets
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin
1 medium raw Onion Red
175.5 grams Coconut Milk
1 cup No Salt Added Chicken Broth
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
5 g Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Roasted Red Chili Paste
5 oz Peas, Green

Recipe Directions for Coconut Chicken Curry - Crock Pot

heat oil, brown the chicken on both sides. chop potatoes, slice onions and line them in crock pot. add the chicken. In a sauce pan mix coconut mlik, broth, salt and the seasonings. Blend well. Add to the crock pot and cook on low for 7-9 hours. 30 min before serving mix green peas. Mix well before serving
