Recipe Ingredients for Coconut Cake

4 serving Pure Grade B Maple Syrup
4 serving lets do organic shredded coconut 4 tbsp
16 serving aunt patty's coconut oil
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Coconut Cake

Mix wet ingredient. Sift dry. Add dry to wet. Grease two, nine inch pans. Pour batter and bake for thirty minutes. Test center with a toothpick. Remove cakes and cool. Cut in half and use coconut cream frosting to make four layers of cake.
