Recipe Ingredients for Coconut brown rice pudding

2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
12 oz Coconut Milk, Canned (Liquid Expressed From Grated Meat And Water)
1 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
1/4 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 grams Cornstarch
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Coconut brown rice pudding

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place all ingredients except for rice and raisins in blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in rice and raisins and pour into a medium casserole pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until all bubbling stops and a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean. Serve hot or chilled with milk and maple syrup.
