Please be sure to use virgin coconut oil. Do not use refined or processed products. Use unsweetened coconut flakes and I love toasted flax seeds. If you don't want to use protein powder then increase the cocoa powder to about 1/3 cup Store this in a container in the freezer

Recipe Ingredients for coconut bark

1/4 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp flaked coconut
2 tbsp flaxseeds
1 oz walnuts
1 servings whey protein powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup splenda or your own choice in sweetner

Recipe Directions for coconut bark

  1. Melt coconut oil

  2. Add ingredients except coconut flakes

  3. Pour on parchment paper

  4. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top

  5. Chill and freeze for about 1 hour
