3/4 cup coconut water, chilled
1/4 cup coconut milk from a can (not lite), chilled
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon fresh lime juice
.25 avocado,+NS+as+to+Florida+or+California medium ripe avocado
1/2 a medium banana, cut into chunks

  1. Put all ingredients into blender, in order listed. Blend until smooth. If a thinner

  2. consistency is desired, add more coconut water and blend until fully combined. Serve

  3. immediately.
