Recipe Ingredients for Coconut-Almond Granola

8 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
3 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
4 cup, whole Almonds
40 tbsp Coconut
16 tbsp Regular Creamy
2 cup Honey, Strained Or Extracted
8 tablespoon Oil, canola
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground

Recipe Directions for Coconut-Almond Granola

  1. Pre-heat oven to 225 degrees F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together. Spread over 2 or three baking pans.

  3. Bake, stirring every 10-15 minutes until golden brown. It is better that the granola is slightly undercooked than overcooked.
