1 cup Fat Free Milk
0.7 cup Mixed Berries
0.5 medium banana Bananas
1 tbsp Hersheys Unsweetened Cocoa
0.2 tsp Vanilla Extract

  1. mix cup of skim milk and a heaping tablespoon of fat free plain yogurt in blender

  2. Add about cup of frozen berries and a half banana and blend

  3. Finish with a half teaspoon of vanilla and a tablespoon of coca

  4. Blend and enjoy
