low calorie 3 oz muffins yummy carob or chocolate and walnuts!!

Recipe Ingredients for cocoa walnut jumbo muffins

1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp carob (truvia 1 pkt)
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
1/3 cup skim milk
1 tbsp skim milk
1 tbsp liquid egg whites
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for cocoa walnut jumbo muffins

  1. pre-heat 375

  2. Mix the dry and wet ingredients separately, then pour the wet into the dry. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and bake at about 375* for ~15 minutes. When a toothpick comes out clean, let them cool and they?re ready to eat! :D

  3. add in any other nut or fruit, banana, chocolate chips, or dried fruit etc!! or top w/ a spread of nut butter :D
