Recipe Ingredients for Cocoa Super-fuel Breakfast Bowl

0.33 cup Oat Bran
0.33 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 1/2 tbsp Organic Golden Flaxseed Meal
1/2 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
1 serving Table Salt
1 serving Jay Robb Egg White Protein Powder
1/2 tbsp Almond Butter, Plain

Recipe Directions for Cocoa Super-fuel Breakfast Bowl

Mix oat bran, oatmeal, flaxseed meal, pinch of salt and 2/3 cups water in breakfast bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir and microwave for additional 1 1/2 minutes. refrigerate overnight or freeze cereal base for 10 minutes. In separate bowl, mix eggwhite protein powder and cocoa with 1/3 cups water (or enough for desired consistency); pour on top of cereal base. Add dollop of almond butter. Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through. Pick up a spoon, dig in and enjoy!
