Recipe Ingredients for Cocoa One Minute Muffin

4 tablespoons milled flax seeds
1 egg, large
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Cocoa One Minute Muffin

  1. Put dry ingredients in a large coffee mug and mix until blended.

  2. Whisk egg with vanilla and coconut oil until blended, then add to mug of dry ingredients.

  3. Mix until blended and microwave for 55 seconds.

  4. Let cool and enjoy!
