Unique chocolate cake made without butter and eggs and doesn't require any mixing bowls; just mixi ingredients in the baking pan directly.

Recipe Ingredients for Cocoa Cake

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup cold water
1 tablespoons vinegar

Recipe Directions for Cocoa Cake

Preheat oven to 365 degrees F. Mix dry ingredients in the pan by making three depressions, one for the oil, vanilla extract, and vinegar. Pour the water over the mixture and quickly stir well into the corners of the pan until the batter is creamy. Or alternately, mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then in the liquid measuring cup, measure the water, oil, vanilla extract, and vinegar. Pour this into the dry ingredients and blend well until creamy. Bake for 20-25 minutes until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting.
