Recipe Ingredients for Cocoa Buckwheat Bake

1/4 c buckwheat flour
1 T buckwheat groats
1/2 T Original Raw Chia Seeds
1 tbsp flax
1/2 banana
2 T unsweetened soy milk
1 T maple syrup
1 T cocoa powder
1/2 t cinnamon
1 t vanilla extract
1/4 t baking powder

Recipe Directions for Cocoa Buckwheat Bake

  2. Mix flax seed with 2.5 tbsp water and let sit.

  3. Mash banana and mix in wet ingredients.

  4. Stir in dry ingredients.

  5. Grease one or two microwave-safe dishes. Pour batter into dish(es). Cover with a paper towel and microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes, until cooked but still gooey.
