1 tbsp European Style Cocoa
2 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Allspice, Ground
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
6 serving 100% Safflower Oil
2 serving Molasses
2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Cocoa Banana Walnut Bread

  1. Sift together dry ingredients and set aside

  2. In separator bowl combine wet ingredients and brown sugar

  3. Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients

  4. Fold in chopped walnuts

  5. Put batter in greased loaf pan

  6. Bake at preheated 350 degree oven 45 - 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out almost clean

  7. Let cool several minutes before unmolding
