Recipe Ingredients for Coco Prawn stew

2 tbs olive oil
80 g tiger prawns
1 oz chilli
1 medium zuchinni
1/2 cup of green beans
4 medium tomatoes
3 tablespoons coconut milk
1/2 medium onion
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp curry
1 tsp bay leaf

Recipe Directions for Coco Prawn stew

  1. Sautee onions, 2 cloves garlic,chilli in olive oil

  2. add prawns and sautee

  3. chop 1/2 the tomatoes and add

  4. puree 1/2 the tomatoes and 2 cloves garlic & add

  5. add salt, thyme, basil, regano, curry, bay leaf

  6. chop & add remaining vegetables and cook for 5 minutes

  7. eat with steamed jasmine rice
