Great breakfast or snack food, provides lots of fiber, energy and nutrition. My version has a higher ratio of fats & proteins (hence a bit lower carb).

Recipe Ingredients for Coco-Nutty Muesli

4 cup Organic Thick Rolled Oats
2 cup Barley-Rolled Flakes
0.33 cup Dried Cranberries
0.33 cup Currants, Zante, Dried
6 prunes Prunes, Dried, Uncooked
1 cup Coconut Flakes
2 cup Slivered Almonds
283 grams Almonds Sliced
8 oz Pumpkin Seeds (Raw)
6 tbsp Raw Wheat Germ

Recipe Directions for Coco-Nutty Muesli

Mix all ingredients together, store in an airtight container. Sugar is optional.
