Recipe Ingredients for Coco-nutty balls

1 cup almond butter
1/3 cup honey
2 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 cup shredded coconut, sweetened
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup sesame seeds

Recipe Directions for Coco-nutty balls

  1. Beat together almond butter, honey and cocoa powder. Stir in raisins, chocolate chips and 2 tbs of the coconut. Refrigerate 1-2 hours.

  2. Roll into 28 balls, each one 1 1/4 inches in diameter. Roll balls in remaining coconut and sesame seeds. Refrigerate 30 minutes.
