Thick, rich and heavenly~ My shakes usually replace a meal or before I go tackle something. The oats make it a bit chunky. You can blend it even longer until desired consistency.

Recipe Ingredients for Coco Java Monkey (Shake)

0.5 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1.5 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Bananas
1 serving Archer Farms Belgium Chocolate Ice Cream
1 serving 1% Low Fat Milk
2 tbsp Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
0.3 Cup (6fl oz) Coffee

Recipe Directions for Coco Java Monkey (Shake)

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.

  2. ( I freeze leftover coffee in ice cube trays to add to my shakes, for flavor or a pick me up. I added 2 cubes. I also froze the bananas. )

  3. Blend on pulse mode several times until the frozen bits break down, blend completely and inhale.
