I add red peppers, seasoned pepper, cayenne pepper and a pinch of salt. For the tomato and green chilies I use "Rotel" brand that's already mixed when I need to make it quickly. Fresh is definitely better though!

8 ounce chicken breasts
2 cups tomato, diced
2 ounce green chilies, diced
