Delicious cobbler that can be made with any type of frozen fruit in a bag.

Recipe Ingredients for Cobbler

1.33 c Sugar
1/2 c butter
1/2 c flour
2 tsp vanilla
12 oz frozen peaches

Recipe Directions for Cobbler

  1. Mix together sugar, butter, flour and vanilla.

  2. Defrost the fruit a little and then mix it with the sugar/flour mix.

  3. Put in a buttered dish and cover with pie crust & a sprinkle of sugar.

  4. Bake at 400-425 for 40-45 minutes until golden brown & bubbly.

  5. Serve with ice cream!
