Recipe Ingredients for Coach's Oats Pancakes

2 cups flour
1 cup steel cut oats
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup skim milk
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for Coach's Oats Pancakes

  1. Stir dry ingredients together. Combine eggs, vanilla, milk and water in separate bowl. Add to dry ingredients. Stir mixture until well blended.

  2. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a hot griddle. Cook until golden brown.
