Recipe Ingredients for Cloghan Baked Eggs and Cheese with Herbs

7 large Eggs
1 cup 2% milk
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
2 cups small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Recipe Directions for Cloghan Baked Eggs and Cheese with Herbs

  1. Beat together eggs, milk and sugar

  2. Add cheeses, melted butter and herbs and mix well.

  3. Add flour and baking powder.

  4. Pour into a 13x9" pan sprayed with non-stick coating.

  5. Bake approximately 45 minutes at 350 in metal pan (325 in glass), until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

  6. May be made ahead of time and refrigerated.
