Recipe Ingredients for Clipper Veggie Salad

8 oz Beans, Snap, Green
8 oz Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
8 oz Cauliflower
4 oz Mushrooms
4 oz Radishes
2 tbsp Light Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing
1/4 tsp Greek Seasoning
1 serving Table Blend Salt Free Seasoning Blend

Recipe Directions for Clipper Veggie Salad

Trim and wash green beans and chop into 1" pieces. Chop remaining vegetables except cauliflower and mushrooms into 1/2" cubes. Trim and wash cauliflower and break into small flowerettes. Quarter mushrooms. Add all of the above together in large mixing bowl. Add dressing and seasoning. Toss and serve.
