A hearty vegetable laden chili that will burn your ass the next day!!!

Recipe Ingredients for Clipper Smokin' Hot TVP Chili

2 cup, chopped Onions
2 medium Carrots
1 cup Tomato Soup
2 cup Original Diced Tomatoes
1 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 serving, raw Cilantro
3 tbsp Chili Powder
2 cup Dark Kidney Beans
1 cup TVP
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 pepper Habanero Chile

Recipe Directions for Clipper Smokin' Hot TVP Chili

Chop onions and carrots. Saute until tender. Chop peppers and zucchini. Add to pot. Add soup and diced tomatoes. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer. Add finely chopped chilies and stir. Add 4 tsp garlic and water. Bring to boil again and add kidney beans and TVP. Add chili powder or cumin.. Turn down heat and let simmer for 2-3 hours covered slightly or until veggies are tender. Watch for profuse sweating and burning of the lips. EXTRA PRECAUTION!!!: Wear plastic gloves when chopping habanero chilies and don't touch your eyes for a couple of days.
