Recipe Ingredients for Clipper Pork Stew

16 oz Pork, Fresh, Loin, Tenderloin
3 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 cup, chopped Broccoli
1/2 cup celery
16 oz Potatoes, Boiled
2 cup, chopped Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 Cube Stock Cubes
1 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 quarts water

Recipe Directions for Clipper Pork Stew

  1. Chop pork into 1 inch cubes. Season with Mrs. Dash and brown. Set aside. Cut potatoes into eighths and add to stew pot. Chop veggies and add to stew pot. Add water and stock cubes.

  2. Bring to boil. Let simmer for an hour or until meat and potatoes are tender.
