Recipe Ingredients for Cleansing & weight loss juice

1/2 fruit (3-3/4" dia) Grapefruit
1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples
1 serving Broccoli Florettes
1 Medium Tomatoes
1 small (2" dia) (approx 5 per lb) Peaches
0.5 cup slices Nectarines
1 oz Onion Red
2 sprout Brussels Sprouts
1/2 cup Beets

Recipe Directions for Cleansing & weight loss juice

  1. Juice beet with greens and root, and add all other ingredients to juicer and press through. Remove stones from peaches and nectarines. Makes 24 oz.
