A great cleansing vegetable soup that will help you get rid of all the toxins accumulated in your system after the holidays and big meals.

Recipe Ingredients for Cleansing Vegetable Soup

2 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, sliced Fennel, Bulb

Recipe Directions for Cleansing Vegetable Soup

  1. Wash and cut al the vegetables

  2. Put in a large boiler and cover with water, with extra virgin olive oil and salt

  3. Once it's cooked hit it with the hand mixer and make a cream out of it. Serve warm.
