This works wonderful to clean all the toxins from your body, i eat this with fruits and veggies for 3 days.

Recipe Ingredients for Cleansing Soup

6 cups cabbage,
2 cups onions,
2 cups celery,
2 cups green beans,
2 cups carrots
1 cup peppers
12 ounce low sodium Beef broth
48 ounces water

Recipe Directions for Cleansing Soup

Cut all veggies into bite size pieces, and add to a large cooker, add salt, pepper, beef broth and some water if needed, cook until all veggies are tender about an hour, eat any time of the day as much as you want, I have fruit for breakfast and then the soup and fruit for lunch and a large plate of vegetables and fruit for dinner .
