Recipe Ingredients for Cleanse/Detox Smoothie

1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 cup, chopped Kale
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 tbsp, ground Flaxseed
5 oz Pink Lady Apples
1 tea bag 100% Natural Green Tea

Recipe Directions for Cleanse/Detox Smoothie

Blend all ingredients until liquified. Can add as much green tea as needed.
