120 grams cucumber, peeled and chopped
300 grams tomato, wedged
1 1/2 tbsp parsley, minced
1/2 tbsp dill, minced
1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 1/2 tbsp fat free yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
10 ounces tuna
