Recipe Ingredients for Cleaning Out the Kitchen Pasta Salad

8 ounces water
112 grams whole wheat macaroni, dry
425 grams canned sweet peas
100 grams onion, chopped
240 grams cucumber, peeled and chopped
300 grams tomato, wedged
3 tbsp parsley, minced
1 tbsp dill, minced
1/2 tsp black pepper, ground
2 tbsp lemon juice
5 tbsp fat free yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Cleaning Out the Kitchen Pasta Salad

  1. Boil macaroni. Rinse and cool.

  2. Mix everything and refrigerate until chilled. Requires approximately 2 hours.

  3. Salt to taste.
