Adapted from a clean eating recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Clean Granola

1 cup Spelt Flakes
2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup Fiber One
0.25 cup Oat Bran
0.5 cup Cereal
4 tbsp Coconut Unsweetened
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tbsp Honey Squeezable
1 tbsp Molasses, Blackstrap
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 date Dates, Domestic, Natural And Dry
4 Tablespoon Pumpkin Seeds
4 tbsp Forti-Flax Ground Flax Seed
0.25 cup Apples, Dried, Sulfured, Uncooked
0.25 cup, halves Apricots, Dried, Sulfured, Uncooked

Recipe Directions for Clean Granola

Mix all dry ingredients and add honey, molasses and extra virgin olive oil. Cook in a 350 degree oven for around 15 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Bake on cookie sheets. Added chopped fruit, nuts, flax seed once granola has done cooking. Serving is a 1/4 cup.
