It's time to empty the fridge of veggies so I can fill it again tomorrow. These are the veggies I had left this week.

Recipe Ingredients for Clean the Fridge Chicken Curry

370 grams Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
777 grams Cauliflower
60 grams Onions, Spring Or Scallions
159 grams Peppers, Sweet, Green
300 grams Carrots
2 tsp Garlic
3 tsp Ginger, Ground
3 tsp Curry Powder
1 serving McCormick All Vegetable Bouillon
1 serving McCormick All Vegetable Bouillon

Recipe Directions for Clean the Fridge Chicken Curry

  1. Put bouillon cubes, spices, carrots that are sliced in 2-3 inch sticks and chicken slices into the wok with 1 c. water. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.

  2. Add the cauliflower and peppers. Cook til tender crisp.

  3. Slice the green onions into strips. Garnish the dish with the green onions.

  4. Serve plain or over rice or rice noodles.
