Clean Eating Protein Pancakes/Waffles

Recipe Ingredients for Clean Eating Protein Pancakes/Waffles

12 egg whites
1 cup quick oats
1/2 tsp. olive oil (from an oil sprayer)

Recipe Directions for Clean Eating Protein Pancakes/Waffles

  1. OPTIONAL SEASONINGS

  2. Ooey-Gooey

  3. 1 tbsp. clean peanut butter

  4. Extra fiber

  5. 1 tbsp. clean hummus

  6. Savory

  7. 1/2 tsp. onion powder

  8. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

  9. Sweet

  10. 1 tsp. cinnamon

  11. Top with maple syrup

  12. Directions

  13. Step 1 ? Stir both ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

  14. Step 2 ? Spray a non-stick pan (yes, it has to be non-stick) with about 1/4 tsp. olive oil. It?s not much at all. Just a very light mist.

  15. Step 3 ? Ladle 3 pancakes onto your pan and cook like a regular pancake. Each pancake should be approximately 1 scant ladle full. Depending on the size of your ladle, you should get about 7 pancakes out of it.

  16. Step 4 ? Spray with the last half of the oil, and ladle on your last 3 pancakes.

  17. You can serve this with any clean toppings you like. But I prefer to eat them plain like a piece of toast. Once they?ve cooled down, you can just grab and go!
