Recipe Ingredients for Clean Eating Power Protein Bars

227 grams French Vanilla
68 grams Almond Meal/Flour
2 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
0.5 cup Flaxseed
0.5 cup Oat Bran
68 g Wheat Germ
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
170 grams Pure Clover Honey Honey Bear Bottle
240 grams Swiss, 70% Cocoa
2 cup Fat Free Yogurt
60 grams 100% Pure Canola Oil
30 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Clean Eating Power Protein Bars

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. coat pan with cooking spray

  3. combine p pwdr, flour, oats, oat bran, flax, w germ, salt, cinnamon, n honey

  4. stir in broken chocolate

  5. in another bowl mix yogurt cheese, oils n vanilla.

  6. mix well.

  7. add yogurt cheese mixture to dry ingredents, use clean hands to mix

  8. place mixture in prepared pan, bake on midd oven rack for 15 min.

  9. remove frm heat n let cool

  10. cut dough into 20 bars

  11. place in Silpat n bake for 15 more min remove from heat n let cool
