Recipe Ingredients for Clean Eating Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

8 cups rolled oats
4 cups whole wheat flour
3 large eggs
3 tbsp raw honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
2 cups brown sugar
2 1/2 cups margarine
8 oz chopped walnuts
8 oz dark chocolate chips
1 cup flax seeds
1/2 cup wheat germ

Recipe Directions for Clean Eating Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Preheat over to 350

  2. Spray Pam on baking sheet

  3. Cream margarine, sugar and eggs together in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in the eggs, honey, vanilla and sea salt until smooth and creamy. Combine rest of ingredients one at a time and mix well, it's pretty hard to mix so be prepared for a sore arm! This recipe calls for 24 large cookies, I got 96 cookies out of it. The cookies would be GIANT. Cook for approximately 10 minutes of until desired softness.
