Recipe Ingredients for Clean Eating Cookies

1/4 cup all natural peanut butter (or hazelnut spread)
1/2 cup canola oil
1 egg white
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3 T. water
2 cups old fashioned oatmeal Quaker oatmeal (large flakes)
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
50 g Dark Chocolate Chocolate Chip

Recipe Directions for Clean Eating Cookies

  1. Mix all the wet ingredients in first? the first 5 ingredients above. Then incorporate the rest of the stuff in and mix until just blended (don?t mess up the oats). Oh yea, make sure you had the oven preheated at 350 degrees. Drop teaspoon mounds on a cookie sheet and bake for around 11-14 minutes.

  2. These oatmeal cookies are loaded with fiber, complex carbs, protein and healthy fats? A serving is 2 cookies! Each cookie has around 70 calories, 2 g of protein, 10 g of carbs. Not bad, sure beats eating a Tolls House Chocolate Chip!
