Recipe Ingredients for Clean Chicken Wraps with Garlic Sauce

0.25 breast,+bone+and+skin+removed Chicken
2 Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Avocado
3 Basil Leaves
2 tsp Low Fat Cottage Cheese
1/4 tsp garlic
1 g g Wheat Free Organic Tamari Soy Sauce [149589] serving
1 tsp Coconut Sugar
1/2 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 serving Mountain Bread Rye

Recipe Directions for Clean Chicken Wraps with Garlic Sauce

  1. 2 x Mountain Bread Rye Wraps

  2. 1/4 Marinated Chicken Breast, sliced

  3. Handful of Lettuce

  4. 2 x Cherry Tomatoes, sliced

  5. 1/4 Avocado, sliced

  6. 2-3 Basil Leaves, torn up

  7. 2 teaspoons Low Fat Cottage Cheese with 1/4teaspoon crushed Garlic mixed into it

  8. Cracked Pepper to taste

  9. Chicken Marinade:

  10. 1 teaspoon Wheat Free Tamari

  11. 1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar

  12. 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Garlic

  13. 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  14. Cracked Pepper

  15. (as this recipe includes things that cannot be analysed by this program - also separates out the chicken marinade)

  16. Lay the wraps on a plate (Lay 2 together as they are quite thin and tend to fall apart)

  17. Combine the Cottage Cheese and the garlic and stir.

  18. Cook chicken in a pan, slice and set aside.

  19. Assemble the wrap by laying the lettuce down then basil leaves, chicken, avocado, tomato and then a dollop of the cottage cheese on top.

  20. Enjoy!

  21. Mulitply recipe to amount of serves required.
